Job summary

Félix is seeking an Enablement & Learning Analyst to join our Learning & Development team, focusing on Continuous Learning and Upskilling. The role suits someone with Education or Instructional Design background, strong project management, and a data-driven mindset who wants growth in a expanding L&D team.

The position involves designing engaging learning experiences, coordinating upskilling programs, and leveraging learning analytics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background in Education, Educational Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, L&D, or educational projects.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Coordinate and execute upskilling programs, managing planning, stakeholder coordination, training, assessment, and completion.
• Implement and improve Continuous Learning initiatives, including weekly training tests and microlearning courses.
• Create and maintain training materials, assessments, simulations, learning paths, and digital content.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding across audiences and operational needs.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to identify root causes of defects and deploy remediation modules.
• Monitor Learning KPIs, knowledge retention, completion, assessments, and QA performance after training.
• Analyze results and learner feedback to propose improvements to learning programs.
• Manage learning projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support LMS implementation and usage for Continuous Learning initiatives.
