Jobgether SRL, partnering with a Mexico-based team, seeks a Senior Product Analyst (CX) to drive product decisions through data. You will own the metrics framework, investigate anomalies, and shape growth through rigorous analysis.

In a fully remote, international environment, you’ll design and analyze A/B tests, define events for experiments, and ensure reliable reporting. Strong statistical and collaboration skills are essential to turn data into strategic product choices.

Qualifications

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with real-world applications.
• Advanced data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization with MS SQL, Python, Excel.
• Extensive experience designing, running and analyzing A/B tests.
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics for strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with focus on data quality and metric consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions and ensure teams understand impact on the north-star metric.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliability.
• Investigate fluctuations, anomalies, and changes in business/product performance with product leads.
• Design and analyze A/B tests from setup to interpretation and guardrails.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments to measure results accurately.
• Maintain an archive of experiments and provide actionable recommendations for future decisions.
• Identify data quality issues before they influence important decisions.
