Schneider Electric in Apodaca, NL, Mexico, is seeking an Electromechanical Design Engineer to create and manage 3D models of electrical panel components using SEE 3D. You will organize panel layouts and route cables, generating production-ready documentation for fabrication.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize designs, improve production efficiency, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Recent graduates are welcome, with a hybrid on-site training model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in CAD 3D.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and design principles; proficiency with SEE 3D and CAD tools.
• Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Recent graduate profile.

As an Electromechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models of electrical panel components using SEE 3D. This role supports the design and manufacturing process by organizing panel layouts, routing cables efficiently, and generating the engineering information required for production. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize designs, improve production efficiency, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Create and maintain 3D models of electrical panel components using SEE 3D.

• Transform design information into production-ready cable assemblies and related outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and panel designs.
• Support the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in CAD 3D (MUST).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and design principles.Proficiency with
• Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Recent graduate profile.

PLUS

• Knowledge of electrical components and control panel assemblies.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Experience working with electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with cable routing and harness design concepts.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
