Schneider Electric in Mexico City (Polanco) invites you to join our Operations & Services internship. You will support the administrative processes required to prepare and execute field services, and learn how projects move from planning to successful execution.

Responsibilities include gathering and validating legal documentation; assisting in document analysis; helping plan and schedule service activities with internal teams; interpreting drawings under senior guidance; and monitoring customer

  • Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Administration.
  • Graduating in July 2027 or later.
  • Strong English skills and familiarity with Office tools.
  • Interest in service operations and documentation processes.

Ready to kickstart your career with real-world experience? We're offering an opportunity in Operations and Services where you'll support delivery activities and learn how we bring projects from planning to successful execution.

What will you do?

As an Operations & Services Intern you will support the administrative process required for preparing and executing field services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and validating legal and administrative documentation required for service execution.
  • Assisting in the analysis of documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Supporting the planning and scheduling of service activities with internal teams.
  • Helping with the interpretation of technical drawings and service scopes under senior guidance.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Backoffice & Projects team.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and following up on customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring results are captured, escalated when necessary, and used to drive continuous improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Administration, graduating in July 2027 or later.
  • Interest in service operations, documentation processes, or customer satisfaction management.
  • Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) of technical drawings and layouts.
  • Organized, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow‑through.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, propose ideas, and interact with customers when needed.
  • Strong English Skills
  • Familiarity with Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Hybrid position in Polanco site.
