Workwell North America is seeking a Product Manager to own the North American EOR product experience within Talient, shaping how workforce management works at scale. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, and leaders to deliver measurable value for clients, workers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical product solutions.
• A data-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities, plus AI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and priorities for Workwell's North American EOR product experience.
• Define requirements, user stories, and success criteria for development teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, QA to deliver features from idea to release.
• Monitor product performance and drive usability, adoption, and efficiency improvements.
