Partnering with Legal, Product, and Operations, you will guide strategy for international accounts, support high‑value clients, and translate regulations into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role with EOR focus.
• Experience managing complex global HR conversations and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR tech and cross-border regulations in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for EOR services across the Americas and regulatory environments.
• Advise on cross-border employment nuances and local labor standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Operations to shape international product-market fit.
• Manage high-value accounts with advanced jurisdictional expertise.
• Escalate complex compliance or high-liability HR issues internally.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in new markets.
• Drive retention and growth through education-based approaches.
• Translate regulations into clear guidance for customers and partners.
• Work independently while scaling best practices across the org.
• Provide input to ensure Justworks’ international infrastructure meets customer needs.
