Job summary

Baker Hughes in Mexico is seeking a Remote Service Delivery Professional – PRODUCT LINE NAME to support real time rig site activities from a remote hub, ensuring compliance with MtJC and contract terms.

You will monitor field equipment status, deliver real time decisions, communicate changes to customers and site personnel, and coordinate with teams to execute the drilling plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics OR Two Year STEM Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Two years relevant industry experience OR a minimum of Four years relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work the required scheduled hours per location (12 hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Real time execution and direction of rig site activities from remote hub location.
• Responsible for executing the operational plan per the contract terms and conditions.
• Provides all real time job monitoring activities and real time decisions regarding changes to the drilling plan and communicates changes to customer and site personnel.
• Engage with team to determine actions based on experience and standard principles.
• Take ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site.

• Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Real time execution and direction of rig site activities from remote hub Location.
• Responsible for executing the operational plan per the contract terms and conditions.
• Provides all real time job monitoring activities and real time decisions regarding changes to the drilling plan. Responsible for communicating such changes to the customer, rig site personnel, and other stakeholders as required.
• Engaging with your team to determine appropriate actions, relying upon experience, standard principles, concepts and techniques
• Take ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site
• Preparing service deliverables in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal management systems or customer agreed procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics OR Two Year STEM Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of Two years relevant industry experience OR a minimum of Four years relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work the required scheduled hours per location (12 hour shifts, will vary depending on location)
• An analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results
• Prior relevant industry experience is preferred
• Differential: Previous experience with Baker Hughes as a ROS or in LWD operations. Experience with SoundTrak and LithoTrak would be considered an advantage.
