Job summary

Justworks is seeking an experienced International Consultant to act as the subject matter expert for EOR services across the Americas and to guide complex, multinational customer engagements from our Mexico City office. You will partner with Legal, Product, and Operations to interpret regulatory shifts and enable strategic market entry while maintaining global compliance.

The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation, education-based retention strategies, and collaboration with Customer Success

Qualifications

8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role with EOR expertise.
Proven track record managing strategic conversations in global HR.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
Knowledge of HR tech and international employment compliance across the Americas.
Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Multilingual fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for EOR services across the Americas.
Advise on cross-border employment nuances and local labor standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations to shape international strategy.
Manage high-value accounts and complex international needs.
Escalate complex compliance inquiries and mitigate risk.
Identify expansion opportunities and guide market entry.
Support retention and growth through education-based approaches.
