Job summary

Workwell North America is seeking a Product Manager to own the North American EOR product experience within Talient, shaping how workforce management works at scale. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, and leaders to deliver measurable value for clients, workers, and internal teams.

In this role, you will own strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery, translating business challenges into practical product solutions while leveraging data and AI to drive

At Workwell North America, we're building technology that supports workforce programs used by clients, workers, and internal teams every day. We're looking for a Product Manager to own our North American EOR product experience within Talient and help shape how workforce management works at scale.

You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, and business leaders to solve complex challenges, improve user experience, and deliver products that create measurable value for our clients and teams.

What You'll Own

Product Strategy & Prioritization

• Own the roadmap and priorities for Workwell's North American EOR product experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Balance business needs, user feedback, technical considerations, and data when making product decisions.

Product Delivery

• Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to bring new features and enhancements from idea to release.
• Define requirements, user stories, and success criteria that create clarity for development teams.
• Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new functionality.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive enhancements that increase usability, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
• Balance innovation with ongoing maintenance, system improvements, and technical health.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical product solutions.
• A data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
• Working proficiency with AI in your day-to-day product work
• Experience with workforce technology, HR, payroll, staffing, EOR, MSP, or VMS platforms is a plus.
