Mastercard is seeking an experienced Product Experience & Design Manager (IC) to join the Global SME Team. This role blends product thinking, design craft and fluency in emerging AI-driven workflows to shape data-driven business solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the Design System, create reusable components and drive customer experiences across Mastercard’s SME products, influencing strategy and product delivery.

Formación

• Over 6 years of UX/UI design experience for consumer-facing and B2B products.
• Mastery of Figma, including components and design systems.
• Experience with Figma Make or AI-assisted design tooling.
• Hands-on with Vibe Coding for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to craft components from a design North Star.
• Strong UX focus and understanding of component grids.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the design system across Design, Product and Engineering.
• Ensure UX aligns with business goals and user engagement.
• Ideate and prototype new features aligned with strategy.
• Rapidly prototype PoCs and MVPs using human-centered design.
• Create visual designs and reusable components for the customer experience.
• Iterate components onto the Design System.
• Improve design process efficiency using atomic design.
