Maxima Apparel is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own the digital customer journey across global brand sites. You will lead a team, drive site performance, and oversee merchandising, content, and conversion optimization with a strong focus on AI-assisted workflows.

You will collaborate with UX, development, marketing, merchandising, and analytics to execute campaigns, launches, and key trading moments, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and strong cross-functional alignment.

Formación

5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, digital product, or UX optimization.
Experience mentoring direct reports.
Strong understanding of user behavior, analytics, and mobile-first UX.
Experience managing Shopify Plus sites.
Proficient with A/B testing and analytics tools (VWO, Hotjar, Clarity, Optimizely, Google Optimize).
AI-savvy with experience using AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT) in workflows.
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication.
Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese or other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end eCommerce site experience across brand-owned sites from homepage to checkout.
Lead site merchandising and content across surfaces for launches and moments.
Manage trading calendar, QA, and content accuracy for campaigns.
Oversee email-to-site journeys and conversion paths.
