Applaudo seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex enterprise software. You will lead discovery, research, high-fidelity design, and engineering handoff, balancing user needs with business goals.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineers, and stakeholders, drive end-to-end design excellence, and contribute to AI-enabled workflow solutions while working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.
• Led end-to-end UX/UI design projects independently.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
• Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Define scalable interaction patterns and design systems for workflow-driven applications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
