Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s IS VEH VGNA division seeks a Process Quality Supervisor to guide quality systems in a manufacturing setting. You will lead process engineers, support customers, and drive improvements using Six Sigma, PFMEA, and PPAP under IATF 16949 and EQMS.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based teams, quality metrics, and an emphasis on customer-focused quality leadership and problem solving in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with focus on quality/statistics.
• Experience applying quality tools in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
• CQE certification a plus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt a plus.
• Strong statistics and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve quality system in manufacturing processes.
• Provide support to customer quality teams and act as liaison with plant quality.
• Develop and monitor PFMEA, PPAP, and quality controls.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using SPC and related tools.
• Promote quality systems (IATF 16949, EQMS) and continuous improvement.
• Support APQP teams and cost of quality measurements.
