The role requires strong leadership, deep automotive quality knowledge, and collaborative skills to maintain IATF 16949 compliance. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant's quality system from incoming materials to finished goods shipment.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 across operations.
• Manage customer quality matters, including complaints, claims, and requests.
• Coordinate problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3) for nonconformities.
• Design of Experiments (DOE) for process validation and quality issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to prevent deviations.

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with strong technical expertise in automotive quality systems and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the entire manufacturing process, from incoming materials inspection to finished goods shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's quality system, covering all stages from incoming raw materials to finished product shipment.
• Ensure compliance with and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Manage customer relationships regarding quality matters, responding to complaints, claims, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and lead problem-solving activities related to internal and external nonconformities, using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3, and others.
• Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for process validation and quality issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, and Engineering) to prevent and correct quality deviations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of quality experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and practical implementation experience.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Comprehensive understanding of the quality system throughout the entire process, from incoming materials inspection to product shipment.
• Experience managing customer quality matters, including complaints, audits, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of automotive seat cover cutting and sewing processes.
• IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification.
• Advanced English proficiency.
