Eaton Corporation's Reynosa plant is seeking a Quality Engineer to support in-process and customer quality issues. The role involves regular customer visits, implementing corrective actions, and leading PPAP/APQP activities to ensure robust quality throughout manufacturing.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of related experience, a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or Electronics, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, with English/Spanish proficiency.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in similar quality roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
• Experience with GD&T and measurement tools.
• Familiarity with AIAG Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP).
• Experience leading problem solving activities (8D, A3s).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (conversational & written).

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Reynosa plant for in-process and customer quality issues.
• Visit customers regularly and communicate to address concerns.
• Support PPAP/APQP activities and control plan development.
• Participate in continuous improvement and inspections processes.
• Lead quality audits and assist with nonconformity resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF:16949 standards.
