• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality engineering experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T, IATF 16949, VDA, SPC, and Lean.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional projects.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external quality problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Why, etc.).
• Support and maintain Quality Management System requirements and customer-specific standards.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions related to product and process non-conformities.
• Act as the primary quality liaison with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, PPAP approvals, process controls, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members while promoting a culture of quality excellence.
