Eaton Corporation in Tijuana, MX seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to develop and maintain the Quality Management System for the company and its supply chain. You will lead audits, improve processes, and champion customer-focused quality initiatives across manufacturing and engineering functions.

The role requires strong experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and practical knowledge of APQP/PPAP methods to ensure automotive quality standards are met.

Formación

• Core tools and quality system knowledge for automotive or aerospace sectors.
• IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 experience with CSR familiarity.
• Strong statistical and drawing interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Quality Management System across the company and supply chain.
• Maintain Quality Manuals, Procedures and compliance with accreditations.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and support CAPA processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, 8D and A3 methods.
• Coordinate with Process Improvement and Learning teams for QMS training.
• Host external ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits at the site.
