Epicor Software Corporation in Monterrey is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, design, document, and improve cross-functional business processes across Operations, including quoting, ordering, billing, and customer operations.

You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and Customer Operations to clarify requirements, drive changes, and measure outcomes for scalable, efficient workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes.
• 3+ years experience supporting operational issue resolution, root cause analysis, workflow optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workflows, handoffs, pain points, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management materials.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues and escalations.
• Coordinate process support for new product introduction and related initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support adoption.
• Track process performance and outcomes to support prioritization and capacity planning.
• Build repeatable practices that improve resolution speed and efficiency.
