Epicor, Monterrey-based, is seeking a Quote to Cash Analyst to manage the end-to-end billing workflow from CRM and CPQ to licensing and entitlement tools.

You will respond to internal and external inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing through close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Order Management.

Formación

• Experience with billing lifecycle and invoicing processes.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary billing support contact, resolving tickets per SLA.
• Research and resolve complex billing discrepancies using account data.
• Process billing adjustments including credits and rebills.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Document research, resolutions, and billing transactions in systems.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Support month-end close activities to ensure timely billing.
