Epicor seeks an experienced support professional in Monterrey to handle escalated issues with minimal supervision, communicating with customers via phone, email or chat. You will troubleshoot client-server software and related devices, leveraging strong product knowledge to deliver timely solutions.

Staying current with software updates and best practices, you will resolve installation and compatibility concerns, while mentoring teammates and contributing to knowledge resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 2+ years specialized/industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Solution escalated issues with minimal supervision via phone, email or chat.
• Troubleshoot client-server software issues including Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, printers, and Android/iOS devices.
• Stay up-to-date with software updates and changes to provide timely and accurate solutions.
• Resolves customer concerns during installation, operation, maintenance or compatibility matters.
• Develops processes to gather, track and triage issues and routes them to the appropriate team.
