Aon in Mexico City is seeking a Process Engineer to partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities, optimize operations, and support the transformation agenda across Mexico and Colombia. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in the Mexico City office with flexible options after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities include applying Lean Six Sigma, defining KPIs, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Process/Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement is preferred.
• Green Belt certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders across functions and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements across multiple domains.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance and influence decisions.
• Generate data-driven insights and present findings to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement; lead workshops and training on Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Workforce Management and business units to prioritize and implement improvements.
