Aon in Mexico City is seeking a Process Engineer to partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities, optimize operations, and support the transformation agenda across Mexico and Colombia. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in the Mexico City office with flexible options after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities include applying Lean Six Sigma, defining KPIs, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Process/Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement is preferred.
• Green Belt certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders across functions and geographies.

Responsabilidades

What The Day Will Look Like

As a Process Engineer, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize operational performance, and support the transformation agenda across the business. Employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies, you will help build scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.

Driving end‑to‑end process reengineering, productivity initiatives, and quality enhancements, these roles will deliver measurable time savings, cost efficiencies, and operational stability. These positions are crucial to scaling service excellence capabilities, meeting growing business demands, and enabling sustainable performance improvement across the Global Capability Center of Mexico and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lean Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to contribute to process improvement projects. Collaborate with teams in conducting root cause analyses and identifying improvement opportunities for Standardization, Automation and AI driven enhancements
• Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and overall organizational performance. Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to supervise indicators and provide insights for decision-making.
• Data-Driven Insights: Apply data analysis tools to generate insights into process performance and identify areas of improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Encourage employees to contribute ideas and suggestions for process enhancements. Organize workshops and training sessions on Lean / Six Sigma concepts to promote process excellence principles.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal functions Finance, Technology, Workforce Management and business partners to prioritize and implement process improvement opportunities.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Bachelor's degree and sophisticated English level.
• Experience in Process/Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Transformation or Quality Management roles.
• Proven background in Green Belt certified process enhancement approaches based on Six Sigma frameworks.
• Strong background in Performance Management, indictor development, operational metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Desirable Experience working within service-based organizations, consulting firms, shared service centers, or sophisticated operational environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, process automation technologies, and emerging AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and the ability to communicate optimally with senior leaders across functions and geographies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
