Flex in Guadalajara, North Campus, is seeking a Business Excellence Engineer to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across a manufacturing footprint. You will lead continuous improvement projects, reduce waste, and sit as a change agent to improve productivity, quality and delivery.

Reporting to the Business Excellence Leader, you will deploy Lean Enterprise values, validate standards, and coach teams in Kaizen and CIMT practices to sustain cost savings and performance gains across the

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects focused on productivity and quality.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
