Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, seeks a Senior Business Excellence Engineer to lead lean transformations on manufacturing lines. You will identify opportunities, analyze data, and guide cross-functional teams using Lean and Six Sigma to achieve tangible improvements.

You will mentor staff from associate to management, sustaining a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to GMP/ISO/FDA regulations and corporate guidelines. bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• Lean certification Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Six Sigma certification Green/Black Belt preferred.
• 4–5 years in manufacturing and/or logistics for healthcare.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish; global project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define opportunities, analyze data, and design manufacturing line flows.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Mentor staff at all levels to develop a continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/ISO/FDA and internal policies.
• Communicate business-related issues to leadership and drive cost reductions.
