Johnson Controls, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a process excellence professional to drive Lean initiatives. You will support Kaizen events, 5S and A3 development, and deploy savings projects across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include line balancing, value stream mapping, and monitoring Lean Assessment results while ensuring ISO 14001 environmental practices. Advanced English and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are preferred.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement.
• Prefer experience in HVAC industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of OEE.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Support improvement activities from rewards programs.
• Support savings projects from KAIZEN events.
• Train and organize Value Stream Map activities.
• Realize, deploy and monitor Lean Assessment results.
• Coordinate the 5S audit and recognition program.
• Generate savings projects.
• Follow up on standardization of best practices.
• Line balancing.
• A3 development.
