RS Group is seeking an Operational Excellence and CI lead for GSBS in Mexico to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations. You will manage the CI portfolio, partner with Performance & Reporting and Automation teams, and translate insights into sustainable performance gains.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, experience leading CI professionals, and strong data-driven storytelling using tools like Power BI.

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a track record delivering CI initiatives.
• Experience in CI or Operational Excellence within Global Business Services or shared services.
• Experience leading CI professionals and building capability within a team.
• Knowledge of DMAIC and value stream mapping (VSM) to solve problems.
• Commercial awareness; ability to link improvement activity to measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship management across functions.
• Experience delivering multiple improvements and prioritising resources.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned CI portfolio aligned to GSBS priorities and demand process.
• Strengthen GSBS’s capability to deliver CI and embed CI in day-to-day operations.
• Coach and develop CI professionals to improve delivery quality and capability growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities within areas.
• Support visibility and adoption of CI and Opex practices across GSBS and track outcomes.
