If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Process engineer** located on **Flex Guadalajara**.Reporting to the **Process Engineering Manager** the **Process engineer** this role is responsible for supervising critical SMT processes, ensuring the correct execution of production plans, and leading the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.**What a typical day looks like:*** Supervise SMT Technician activities.* Develop and optimize SMT process programs and machine setups to ensure product quality, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.* Perform CPK calculations and process capability analysis using SPI data.* Set up profiling boards and generate thermal profiles for reflow ovens.* Create and maintain Work Instructions and process documentation.* Validate manufacturing tooling, including fixtures and stencils.* Conduct failure analysis and process mapping to identify root causes and improve yields.* Support and lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and productivity.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.* Experience in SMT manufacturing environments.* Knowledge of SMT processes, including SPI, stencil printing, pick-and-place, reflow, and assembly operations.* Knowledge of process capability analysis (CPK) and statistical process control concepts.* Experience creating work instructions and manufacturing documentation.* Basic troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen).* Ability to work effectively with technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams.* undefined **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.
