Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico is hiring an Assembly Process Engineer to develop and optimize mechanical and electronic assembly processes. You will support manufacturing teams and drive improvements ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a degree in mechanical/electronic/industrial engineering and hands-on experience with assembly processes, PLCs, and cooling systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electronic assembly processes.
• Technical knowledge in Smart Torque Systems, PLCs, cooling, pneumatics, Poka-Yoke, and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing assembly processes.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects from planning through execution with budgets and timelines.
