The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager in Mexico to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, service and operations to targets.

You will create an agile business plan, recruit and retain customers, and oversee in-store events and customer relationship management. Ideal candidates have proven leadership in retail, strong communication, and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential within the prestige beauty industry.
