Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and in-store events.
• Drive customer relationship management and lead the team to achieve high performance.
• Act as chief executive of the store in terms of leadership, planning and execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with store leadership to progress within the prestige beauty category.
