Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Mexico City for a hybrid role with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office. You will resolve hardware and software issues, assist customers via phone and e-support, and contribute to knowledge management while collaborating with sales and support teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in similar roles, IT-related degree, and solid English skills.

Formación

Degree in IT, industrial engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in relevant roles.
English – intermediate/advanced.
Experience with case management databases and tools.
Phone and remote support experience.

Responsabilidades

Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming contacts and proactive notification systems.
Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on features, specifications, repairs for current and discontinued products.
Resolve issues via telephone and e-support.
Document case summaries and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problems.
Represent the company in customer visits, conferences, or vendor meetings.
Engage team members to ensure SLA demands are met.
Partner with Sales Pursuit team as needed.
