• Presales phone, chat, and email support for customers
• Lead qualification and accurate data entry into Salesforce
• Identify customer requirements and provide BOMs based on expectations
• Be a technical resource for D-IT products including power protection and connectivity
• Interface with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette
• Build knowledge base of D-IT products and Eaton brands
• Collaborate with team to support lead routing and follow-up on pipeline
