Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking a Pre-Sales Application Specialist to support D-IT channel partners and end users with product specifications and troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone.

Role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 2 years in technical marketing or sales, with knowledge of IT markets, power protection, and CRM tools like Salesforce. You will route requests, qualify leads, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree necessary.
• Minimum 2 years prior technical marketing or sales experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of the IT market preferred.
• Knowledge of power protection, backup power and the Power Quality market.
• Computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (email), and Internet.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Presales phone, chat, and email support for internal & external D-IT customers.
• Lead qualification and accurate data entry into Salesforce.
• Identify customer requirements and provide BOMs based on expectations.
• Be a technical resource for D-IT products and their applications (power quality, racks, cooling, cables & connectivity).
• Interface with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
• Build knowledge base of D-IT products and other Eaton products to assist lead routing.
• Collaborate with team to support pipeline follow-up and group success.
