Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for Roofing to own paid media for a portfolio of roofing clients across multiple markets. You will direct targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You bring 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record, and agency experience handling several clients simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
