Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, managing campaigns independently.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with campaigns.
• Experience in an agency setting handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing clients.
• Plan budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and decide when to optimize or kill a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps per client and narrate numbers in calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
