AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will work with IT and data owners to identify data, model metrics, and deliver scalable analytics across multiple business areas. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into data structures, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining governance and quality throughout the data pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across teams.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
