AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will translate business requirements into data models and metrics, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP source systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into data models and metrics.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise platform.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
