Job summary

MetaQuotes Ltd. in Mexico City is seeking a Relationship Representative fluent in Portuguese to join our fintech-focused team.

You will build long-term client relationships, support customers using MetaTrader platforms, and represent HQ with professionalism. The ideal candidate has strong English, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset, plus familiarity with trading technologies, Forex/Stock markets, and hedge funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT related.
• Very good interpersonal skills and dynamic personality with ability to engage clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines, take initiative and work under pressure.
• Business/corporate representative presence and appearance.
• Desire to learn new skills and work in a team.
• Knowledge of financial markets (Brokerage/Forex/Exchanges) or Fintech.
• 1+ year experience with trading software for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with customer service via emails and telephone.
• Building relationships with customers.
• Teaching MetaTrader platforms functionality to new and prospective clients (remote/live).
• Dealing with tasks assigned by HQ.
