The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish with strong English, holds a finance/business background, and is customer-focused. Responsibilities include client communication, MetaTrader demonstrations, and HQ coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT required.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills; dynamic personality and ability to captivate clients.
Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor as a corporate representative.
Willingness to learn and work in a team; knowledge of financial markets or fintech is a plus.
1+ year of working experience with trading software for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Assist with customer service via emails and phone calls.
Build relationships with customers and maintain long-term client engagement.
Demonstrate MetaTrader trading platforms to new and prospective clients (remote or live).
Handle various tasks as assigned by HQ.
