Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT related
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience with trading software for corporate clients

Responsibilities

• Assisting with customer service via emails and telephone
• Building relationships with customers
• Teaching MetaTrader platforms to clients remotely or face-to-face
• Handling tasks assigned by HQ
