Job summary

MetaQuotes Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Representative (Spanish-speaking) for our Mexico City office.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support in the fintech and trading tech space. You will assist clients via email and phone, build long-term relationships, and teach the MetaTrader platforms to new and prospective users, both remotely and face-to-face.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English; able to communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or IT-related field is required.
• Experience with trading software or fintech environments is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email and phone.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Teach MetaTrader platform functionality to new and prospective clients (remote or live).
• Handle a variety of tasks assigned by HQ.
