Responsabilidades

• Analyze local player behavior to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Propose feature adjustments and gameplay optimizations.
• Work closely with regional stakeholders.
• Plan and execute in-game events to drive engagement.
• Manage backend configurations for feature setup.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams for event requirements.
• Handle day-to-day game operations.
