Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or operations-heavy role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and effective team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
• Act as a point of coordination across HR and employees.
• Assist in executing Talent Acquisition and employee lifecycle support.
