The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA desirable), has 3+ years as a Plant Manager in automotive cut-and-sew environments, and

• Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA desirable.
• 3+ years as a Plant Manager in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Strong communication, organization and team leadership skills.
• Inventory management experience and English proficiency (B2-C1).
