Confidential in León (Guanajuato) seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead plastics manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, delivery and productivity, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You will coach high-performing teams, implement Lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company standards through data‑driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing, 8+ years as Plant Manager in plastics, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Plant Manager within the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing and improving KPIs: Safety, Quality, Lean, OEE, Productivity, Cost.

We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a well-established company in the plastics manufacturing industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Plant Manager within the plastics manufacturing industry
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience managing and improving key operational KPIs, including: Safety (LTI & TRIR), Quality (PPM & Customer Complaints), Lean Manufacturing, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Productivity and Cost Efficiency
