Job summary

North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Operations Supervisor with a strong technical background in automotive manufacturing to oversee the plant's operations, including Production, Cutting, Sewing, Maintenance and Production Control.

The role requires 4–6 years of manufacturing experience (preferably automotive), a bachelor's degree in engineering, and advanced English. You will lead cross-functional teams, improve OEE and quality metrics, and drive safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields is required.
4–6 years of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and assume direct responsibility for Production, Cutting, Sewing, Maintenance, and Production Control.
Ensure daily production targets by coordinating with cross-functional teams to address deviations from the plan.
Lead shop floor safety management initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Own plant quality performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with customer demand.
