North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Operations Supervisor with a strong technical background in automotive manufacturing to oversee the plant's operations, including Production, Cutting, Sewing, Maintenance and Production Control.

The role requires 4–6 years of manufacturing experience (preferably automotive), a bachelor's degree in engineering, and advanced English. You will lead cross-functional teams, improve OEE and quality metrics, and drive safety

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assume direct responsibility for Production, Cutting, Sewing, Maintenance, and Production Control.
• Ensure daily production targets by coordinating with cross-functional teams to address deviations from the plan.
• Lead shop floor safety management initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Own plant quality performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with customer demand.

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor with a strong technical background in automotive manufacturing and proven leadership capabilities to oversee the plant's overall operations, including Production, Cutting, Sewing, Maintenance, and Production Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assume direct responsibility for the Production, Cutting, Sewing, Maintenance, and Production Control departments.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering) to identify and resolve any deviations from the production plan.
• Lead shop floor safety management initiatives, fostering a culture of accident prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Take ownership of the plant's quality performance indicators, driving corrective and preventive actions to address any quality issues.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with customer demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience as a Production General Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Superintendent, or a similar shop floor leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• Manufacturing processes and production control.
• Operational performance metrics (OEE, efficiency, scrap, etc.).
• Plant cost and budget management.
