Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V. seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead the ramp-up and growth of a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosí.

You will be responsible for full plant operations across production, quality, supply chain, engineering, EHS, and people development. The role offers high visibility and impact within a global manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety, cost, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive/manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years leading a plant as Plant Manager or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with international organisations; exposure to Asian manufacturing companies is highly preferred.

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with international organisations; exposure to Asian manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.
