Dana Incorporated is seeking an HR Leader in Mexico to design and implement the organization’s talent and workforce development system, driving labor modernization strategies and competency initiatives. Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving two primary markets – passenger vehicle and commercial truck equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
Design and implement the organization’s talent and workforce development system through the creation and execution of labor modernization strategies and programs, competency certification initiatives, variable compensation and total rewards frameworks, employee participation and recognition models, as well as leadership development and change management programs. The role is responsible for strengthening a culture of operational excellence while ensuring the achievement of the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline. Professional certifications in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits are considered an asset.
