Dana Incorporated is seeking an HR Leader in Mexico to design and implement the organization’s talent and workforce development system, driving labor modernization strategies and competency initiatives. You will establish total rewards frameworks, participation models, and leadership development to strengthen our culture of operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Master’s degree and professional certifications are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the organization’s talent and workforce development system.
• Create and execute labor modernization strategies and programs.
• Develop competency certification initiatives, variable compensation and total rewards frameworks, and recognition models.
• Lead leadership development and change management programs.
• Strengthen a culture of operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
